I have 18 years of experience, and specialize in the field of commercial construction including civil, utility, marine, maritime salvage with specific knowledge in the areas of structure construction, above surface and subsurface utility construction, above surface and subsurface marine constrction and pipeline construction. Since 1990 I have presided over a commercial construction firm. In my tenure this company has constructed projects ranging from multi story buildings, miles of utility construction, projects constructed from floating platforms, bridges, wharf expansions and other unique projects. During this time I have gained experience in a wide array of differing techniques and construction practices.
