I have 35 years of experience, and specialize in the field of construction management with specific knowledge in the areas of contract administration, claims and project scheduling. I have published on such topics as conflict management and ADR, construction sector assistance in developing countries and building materials manufacturing sector development. I have spent the last year advising local participants in a USAID project in Kosovo to help the construction sector economy. During this time, I developed plans to help building materials manufacturers and participated as a member of a team who wrote a consultant’s draft of a new construction law for Kosovo.
