I have 15 years of experience, and specialize in the field of language development and reading acquisition with specific knowledge in the areas of early childhood, language impairments and reading disabilties. I have published on such topics as literate language use in preschool age, biliteracy reading factors in school age and mathematics interventions in primary settings. I have testified on due process for students with disabilities. I am an assistant professor of special education at the university level. I have worked with a range of students having disabilities in private and public settings.
