Expert has 33 years experience in above ground storage tank engineering, construction, maintenance, operation, and sales. He formed and currently operates a consulting engineering firm providing services for above ground storage tanks, providing tank design services, developing products, and inspection services. His expertise also includes developing corrosion evaluation, inspection and repair standards, safety systems, and inspector training programs. He presently serves on the American Petroleum Institute committees for API-650 and API-653 standards for new tank construction, repair and inspection. Expert also has experience providing consulting services and expert testimony in tank failure litigation.
