Risk Analysis Expert Witnesses

In 2018, there were more natural disasters in the U.S. than ever. Wildfires were experienced by eleven western states. Category 5 hurricane Michael made landfall in Florida and Category 4 Hurricane Florence in the Carolinas.  1,000-year flooding affected Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin.
